1. Data controller

2. What data we process

The site needs no registration and does not ask for personal data.

When you use the site, technical data may be processed: IP address, browser and device information, date and time of the visit, and cookie identifiers.

If you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• providing the site, its security and technical statistics — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);

• showing Google AdSense ads — personalised ads only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) given in the consent window; without consent, non-personalised or limited ads may be shown;

• replying to correspondence — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Recipients

• GitHub, Inc. — website hosting (server logs);

• Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC — AdSense ads and Google Fonts.

Data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of the European Commission's EU-US Data Privacy Framework decision or standard contractual clauses. How Google uses data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

5. Cookies and browser storage

The site itself sets no cookies. It stores only your chosen language, city and compare list in your browser (localStorage); this data is never sent anywhere.

Google and its partners may set advertising cookies — personalised ones only after your consent.

You can change or withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, in your browser settings or at adssettings.google.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

6. Retention

Server logs — for the period set by the hosting provider. Advertising data — under Google's policy. Correspondence — up to 12 months after the matter is closed.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, to object and to withdraw consent. To use these rights, write to [email protected].

You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl).

8. External sites

When you click an offer you go to the rental company's website, where that company's privacy policy applies.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated. Last updated: 15.10.2026. In case of discrepancies, the Polish version prevails.
