Terms of use

§1. General

These terms govern the use of NajemAuto (najemauto.com) and are terms of service within the meaning of Art. 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.

§2. Services

The site provides, free of charge, a list of public car rental offers in Poland and tools to search, filter and compare them.

No registration is needed. The service agreement is concluded when you open the site and ends when you leave it.

§3. Nature of the information

The site is not a rental company, is not a party to rental contracts and does not handle payments. You sign the contract directly with the rental company on its website.

Offers come from publicly available company websites and are checked automatically several times a day, but they may be outdated or incomplete. Only the terms stated by the rental company are binding.

The order of offers depends on the chosen sorting (by default lowest price first) and filters. Companies do not pay for their position.

Affiliate links, for which the site may receive a commission, are marked “Partner link”. The site shows Google AdSense ads.

§4. Technical requirements

You need a device with Internet access and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled.

§5. Rules of use

Providing unlawful content and automated mass downloading of data that burdens the site are prohibited.

§6. Liability

We try to keep the information up to date but are not responsible for the content of offers, the actions of rental companies or technical interruptions. This does not limit liability towards consumers where the law forbids such limitation.

§7. Complaints

Complaints about the site can be sent to [email protected]. We reply within 14 days.

Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, e.g. municipal or district consumer ombudsmen or the Voivodeship Inspectorate of Trade Inspection.

§8. For companies

Rental companies may at any time ask at [email protected] to correct, add or remove their offer, name or photos. Removal requests are handled without delay.

§9. Ownership

The site's layout and compilation belong to the service provider. Company names, trademarks and offer photos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the offer, with a link to the source.

§10. Final provisions

Polish law applies. The provider may change these terms for important reasons and will announce it on the site. The Polish version is binding.
